Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase from draytonclothing.com, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition and packaging. All returns are carefully inspected — we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that don’t meet these standards.

Please note:
– We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
– Instead, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
– Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, but we’ll ship all exchanges free of charge.
– Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
– We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit — we recommend using a tracked service.
– If you request an exchange for an item that is out of stock, we’ll place it on back order and send it as soon as it's available.

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at howdy@draytonclothing.com and we’ll make it right.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process exchanges or store credit within 7 working days.


International Returns

We accept returns on international orders within 30 days of purchase under the same conditions as above. At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders — eligible returns will be issued store credit.

International return shipping and any associated customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in the UK.

Please use a tracked service to return your item — we cannot be responsible for items lost in international transit.
